Over a year since my first post?

No way!

Time is going so quickly these days, it's quite scary.

Cormac (my youngest child) is no longer a baby. He seems to have turned into a toddler overnight. How sad!

I get enough backchat from the other two that I think I have a couple of teenagers. God, I can't imagine what it will be like when they really are teenagers!

In less than 3 months, I'll be 27, practically drawing my pension.

I've worked out that next Christmas is not that far away. In two weeks, the kids will be on their Easter holidays and when they return, it is only 8 or 9 weeks until the summer holidays. 'back 2 skool' signs have already gone up in the shops (usually written on a pretend blackboard) before the summer holidays have actually started. To warn the poor children not to get too relaxed, I suspect!
I then have 7 weeks to spend with the kids. Unlike most parents, I don't actually mind school holidays, we always find something to do.

When they go back to school after the holidays, it is only a mere week or two before the shops start getting their Halloween stuff in. Look closely, tins of sweeties and cheese footballs are being sneakily stacked on the shelves as well!
I notice that more adverts are playing Christmas music in the background and furniture stores are promising to deliver in time for Christmas.

You then blink and it's Christmas!

Then March again!

Then you start the whole rigmarole again...

So, time is moving very quickly for me, but my children will always be my babies!
